FAQ's
Will I need to be at home during the survey?
Not at all. We can carry out the entire survey without you being present—as long as we have access to both the front and rear of the property. It’s a completely contact-free process designed for your convenience.
How long does the survey take?
The on-site drone survey typically takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the property. During this time, we capture both detailed inspection footage and high-quality scenic images of your home.
You can expect to receive your completed report within 24 hours of the survey.
Do I get to keep the pictures?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a folder containing all the images and video footage captured during the survey—including detailed inspection visuals and scenic aerial shots of your home.
Will you also carry out any repair work?
No—we’re an independent surveying business. Our goal is to provide honest, unbiased assessments of your roof and upper exterior. We don’t offer repairs, so you can trust that our advice is based solely on what we find, not on trying to sell you additional work.
Can I use my own roofer or builder?
Of course. Towen Projects focuses solely on inspection and reporting—we don’t carry out any repair work. Once you receive your survey, you're free to share it with your chosen roofer or builder. We're also happy to liaise with them if needed.
